The larger glass dish with one minute black speck adjacent to the central metal disk. The chromium-plated metal with some scattered discolorations, oxidation and pitting throughout, consistent with age and gentle use. With a few minor areas of rubbing to plating and oxidation to the top surface of the metal rim. There is one minor area of loss to the plated surface to the interior of the metal rim, where the plating has been abraded and peeled back, measuring approximately 1/8 inch in length. With traces of surface dirt to the recessed portions of the metal brackets and central metal standard. The central metal standard with some minor dullness to the plating, surface scratches, and minor edge losses to the plating. The top glass dish rotates around the standard. A deeply sculptural form that presents with nice scale when viewed in person.
