Condition
Overall in very good condition. All four tiles have been examined under black light and show no evidence of prior restorations. The tiles with a few minor surface and glaze imperfections inherent in the making. The Potted Trees tile with what appears to be a faint/ghosted oval-shaped firing line (approximately 2 x 1 ½ inches) inherent in the making, which does not detract from the tiles decoration. The Coy and Oak Tree tiles with some minor edge wear and flecks to the outer contours on the reverse side; both with a small shallow corner loss on the reverse side. All with old stained oak frames (possibly original), which show minimal surface wear and edge wear. Please note the tiles were not examined out of their frames.
