Condition
Overall in very good condition. The shade with approximately 8 cracks to the glass tiles dispersed throughout, and with surface soiling to the glass along the adjacent contours of the leading and natural pores of the glass. The interior of the top aperture rim appears to have been stabilized in the past. The patinated bronze surfaces of the base display a rich russet brown patina. The bronze surfaces with minimal light surface wear and rubbing, and with light surface soiling to the recessed contours of the cushion base, consistent with age and gentle use. All three sockets and paddle switches appear to be original and undisturbed. With a period finial with a corresponding patina to the base, which has a few small and minor surface bruises to the outer perimeter contours. A very attractive example of this elaborate Geometric design with a complementary base pairing.
