the dial surmounted by the figure of Jupiter above the figure of Neptune riding a seahorse drawn chariot, underglaze blue cross marks to the proper left hand side of the clock

Condition

The object that the winged male figure would be holding is now lacking; the glaze has peeled off on his upper hand where the object would meet his hand. There is restoration to his wings. The tips of the wings of both cherubs have some restoration. There are occasional minor chips or restoration to the shell-shaped edges, tips of the leaves or grasses, flowers and shells. There is varying degrees of restoration to all horses' manes. The left leg of the horse to the far left and the right leg of the horse to the far right have been broken off and glued back on with some filling material. Two horses each have restoration to one ear. Please note that the movement has not been checked for functionality. However, the movement is complete and may be put into a working state by a professional horologist.
