A pair of French porcelain Chinoiserie vases and covers late 19th/early 20th century

each vase elaborately molded on the exterior with flowering leafy branches issuing from the gilt branch-form handles and reserved on the front with an oval panel painted with a Chinese figure and his attendant and on the reverse with exotic birds and oriental flowers, each cover reserved on either side of the figural knop with a pseudo coat of arms.

Condition

There are some very minor occasional rubbing to the gilding on the handles and around the foot and some wear to the purple enamels on one of the figural panels. One vase has a minuscule chip to the foot, which is not apparent from the exterior. Otherwise in good condition.
