Condition
Overall condition and very good presentation. The bronze mounts are very finely cast, per Linke's standards of manufacture. The kingwood and mahogany veneers would need to be polished for more vibrancy.
There are scratches to the top of the side rail where the mattress would have been placed.
To the top lefthand side of the headboard, one can notice a piece of molding missing, which will be very easy to professionally replace. Crack to the footboard's proper lefthand side, but inside the bed (so will not be seen once a mattress is placed.
To the bow where the floral basket is hung, one can notice a loss to the mounts of approximately 1" long.
