Condition
Overall in good condition and impressive scale. Quality consistent with high end Parisian manufacturing by Grohe Freres and with the usual tarnishing to gilt bronze. Nicks, dents and scratches to veneer. Visible repaired breaks to both ends of the arched crest. Also, please note that due to wood shrinkage there is a spacing of approx. 1/4" between the arched crest and rectangular banding decorating with trellis flowerhead pattern. This space is visible in the catalogue illustration. There is a visible reverse L-shaped crack to top right side of cabinet due to movement of the carcass.
