containing one tray, four parcel-gilt bottles with stoppers and twelve parcel-gilt glasses
Condition
Kingwood with fine age and construction cracks, some scratches, marks and some very minor chips at edges and corners; not extensive. Gilt bronze finial loose, one gilt bronze pilaster on proper left side of front with break. Vase finial on proper right side and connecting garland recast. Some light traces of oxidaiton and surface dirt to gilt bronze. Central demilune porcelain plaque with small loss to gilding, porcelain otherwise in good overall condition. Glass with few minor chips. One hinge missing to the lid, but the lid can safely open and close. One bottle with larger chip to lip and old restored chip with loss. Rubbing and some losses to gilding.
