Overall in very good condition. The shade with approximately 15-18 cracks to the glass tiles dispersed throughout, and with surface soiling along the recessed contours of the shade leading. The shade leading is beautifully rendered, displaying thin fine lines and a deep russet brown and green patina. The patinated bronze surfaces of the “Junior” floor base display a particularly rich and satisfying russet brown patina. The patinated bronze surfaces showing some occasional surface scratches, surface abrasions, gentle rubbing, and a few minor traces of surface residue on the cushion consistent with age and gentle use. All of the sockets and paddle switches appear to be original and undisturbed. With a very rare period small-scaled “Pigtail” finial. The finial with one very small and shallow surface bruise along the lower perimeter contour. An attractive example of this rare shade model displaying an artistic and well-varied glass selection.
