Description

Designed as two turtle doves under a wreath, set with circular-cut rubies and rose diamonds, later brooch fitting.

Condition
Mounted in silver and gold. Rubies purplish red, typical inclusions visible under magnification Diamonds bright and lively. The webbed feet of one dove bent, and one foot with claw deficient, could benefit from attention by professional jeweller. Abrasions and tarnish to mount consistent with age and wear, later brooch pin to reverse and signs of old repairs to reverse. In good condition.
