Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is brighter and more vibrant in the original. The catalogue illustration fails to convey the reflective mirrored surface of the original.
This work is in good condition overall. There is wear to the bottom two corners with small semi-circular holes immediately above the corner tips and a small dent to the lower right hand corner. There are scattered finger marks and scuffs to the edges, notably several small losses to the bottom of the boy's jacket. There is a faint hairline scratch running from the boy's back across the centre of the composition as well as scattered fine hairline scratches to the surface throughout.
