Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is warmer and richer in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition, there is a horizontal crease across the centre of the composition original to the works execution which is not visible in the catalogue illustration. The work would appear to have been relined and the edges of the décollage are uneven around the edges where it joins the canvas. There are other surface irregularities, skinning, tears and losses which appear to be original to the work and inherent to the artists technique.
