Condition
In otherwise good conserved condition. Evidence of old minor worm which appears no longer active, although there is quite substantial worm damage to the rear of the top and reverse of the base. Very minor section of base recarved and which has also been strengthened as has the top below. Hairline construction cracks generally and cracks due to insect damage. The alabaster top is slightly dirty and pitted with minor restored chips below the edge and would benefit from a light clean according to taste.
