comprising of an Italian carved giltwood frame, Venetian, enclosing a painting on glass, the frame carved with c-scrolls, rocaille and foliage, a printed inventory label on the reverse G. Barilla Parma, together with a carved giltwood frame, of oval form, with bands of acanthus and beading, with a carved foliate and 'C'-scroll cresting, another giltwood frame, carved with ribbon-tied laurel leaves within a border of c-scrolls, and an oval Neapolitan frame, containing a miniature after Sir Thomas Lawrence
Condition
1. Frame enclosing a apinting on glass- Overall good condition. Some minor worm damage to frame. Old minor marks, stains and scratches consistent with age; some loss to paint of picture
2. Oval frame with Madonna. The tip of the acanthus leaf at the top of the frame has been broken and re-attached. Old minor marks and scratches.
3. Frame with painting of a masked figure. There is a small loss to the upper right hand corner. Old marks, chips and scratches throughout consistent with age and use.
4. Oval frame with blue mount enclosing imageof two children. Minor losses to gilding - in particular wear to gilding on oval moulding around image. Good general condition.
