A group of five Italian engraved glass mirrors, Venetian mid 18th Century

comprising a pair decorated with a shepherd and shepherdess in moulded walnut frames, another depicting the Holy Family, in an oval moulded frame, pierced and carved with rocaille, scrolls and foliage, together with a rectangular giltwood Venetian frame with an engraved mirror, with Saint Antonio and a Venetian carved walnut frame, the glass engraved with flowers and scrolls enclosing a velvet panel depicting St. George and the Dragon, the frame carved with scrolls and rocaille; rebacked

In overall good original condition. There is minor degradation to the mercury generally. Old minor marks, chips and scratches consistent with age.The engraved glass with Saint Antonio with old minor marks, chips and scratches to all three frames. There are repaired breaks to the carving on the biggest mirror. There is degredation to the mercury on the mirror. The oval panel with minor repairs and breaks to the carved frame. The velvet panel is very worn.
