Inspired by the legendary Patek Philippe World Time watches from the mid-20th century, such as Ref. 605, the design of Ref. 5110 echoes masterpieces of the past combined with modern watchmaking technology.

Interestingly, Henry Graves, Jr. purchased a World Time Ref. 605 HU in April of 1948, Movement No. 930530 from Tiffany & Co., New York. Pete Fullerton knew of this watch as a teenager and looked forward to the day he could acquire a Patek Philippe World Time of his own. Today, Ref. 605 HU can be seen at the Patek Philippe Museum in Geneva.

Purchased by Mr. Fullerton in 2002.
