Window mounted. Scattered foxing throughout and a tiny corner of the sheet missing lower left. Overall the medium remains fresh.

Catalogue Note
The recto is a preparatory study for Bazzani's painting of the Prodigal Son and the Courtesan, known in two versions, now in private collections in Milan and Mantua.1
