The painting is in good condition, as is the canvas. Minor and delicate craquelers are found upon close observation, which are located mainly on the green paint (upper left and right), black impasto (upper right) and yellow impasto (lower middle left). Under the ultraviolet light inspection, indications of restoration was apparent, primarily on the white impastos (middle left register) and green and black paint (on the upper right), but they are not apparent otherwise. There are miniscule spots of paint loss in the middle area, above the mast of the boat, but the paint layers are stable. Framed.
