Condition

The canvas has been laid down on board. There is a chip to the red flower in the centre, smaller chips of paint loss along the very edge of the left hand side, possibly due to frame abrasion, and further minor flecks of paint loss throughout. The paint surface is slightly dirty. UV light reveals an area of retouching to the lower right corner. Held in a wooden gold painted frame. Unexamined out of frame.
