the carving divided into three tiers, the lower showing half-length portraits of Church fathers, the middle one representing an extended Deisis flanked by the Ascension and the Pokrov at the far left, the Dormition and Presentation to the Temple to the right, the top tier from left to right beginning with the Old Testament Trinity, followed by scenes of Christ's life and ending with the Mother of God of the Sign, the basma struck with maker's mark V.Ya (Cyrillic) and dated 1808, 84 standard

Held together in a later wooden frame, some of the panels with splits running from top to bottom, some damage to the wood carving, originally made up of four seperate panels
