of shield form, the front enamelled in translucent white dated 1903-1913 and applied with a diamond-set numeral X, inscribed in Russian "Assembly of Homeowners of Kyiv" below blue enamel shield featuring St. Mikhail on ribbon tie and flanked by laurel leaf garlands, the reverse inscribed I.M. Bykhavskii, surmounted with the Cap of Monomakh, struck with maker's mark IM? or JM? (Latin), 56 standard
