The complete portfolio, comprising 15 lithographs printed in colors, with an additional lithograph (P. 71) signed in pink ink and inscribed 'bon a tirer', also signed in pencil on the verso and inscribed, 1959, numbered 240, from the total edition of 300, with text, published by Club International de Bibliophilie Jaspard, Polus & Cie, Monaco, on BFK Rives wove paper, with the original paper wrappers and blue paper-covered portfolio box (as issued), this copy contained in a 3/4 Moroccan cloth-covered box (16 prints)
Condition
The portfolio is in good condition and the sheets are full. The loose lithograph has a horizontal crease across the lower sheet edge, the verso with minor surface soiling and remains of hinges along the right sheet edge. The paper wrapper is slightly darkened with a few handling creases at the edges. The portfolio box creased on the cover at right, with occasional surface scuffs, a few areas touched-in on the bottom in blue.
