Condition
The canvas has an effective relining which has not overly flattened the paint surface.
To the naked eye the paint surface is dirty and under a discoloured varnish, but in overall good condition.
Inspection under UV light reveals very minor but scattered retouchings.
The painting would benefit from being cleaned.
Offered in a carved, painted gold frame in good condition.
