Condition

The support consists of a single panel with a very slight convex bow. The reverse of the panel has a ground with some old sketches drawn on. The paint surface is secure and generally well preserved. Inspection under UV light reveals scattered retouchings and strengthenings throughout particularly in the darks of the background. Offered in a painted and gilt tabernacle frame in good condition.
