Condition
There is a large loss upper left of irregular shape (approx 8x3cm)- and 2 further small losses in the sky to its right. There is a small cluster of losses lower right. There appears to be no evident retouching.

This work is the pendant of lot 233. A similar composition was etched by Simon Fokke (1712-1784) after a drawing by Jan de Beijer (1703-1780), see fig. 48 in J. Sprenkels-ten Horn, op.cit., p. 26, reproduced fig. 48.
