Condition

Hinged to mount at upper margin. Overall in good condition. There is a water stain at the right margin and one at the upper left corner. Some surface dirt. Medium remains very strong and vibrant. Sold in a simple gilded frame.

This lively and unusual drawing seems to be a study for a costume design for a female warrior, with serpents in her hair and carrying a scimitar.
