STUDY FOR ARRIVAL:
The board is sound.
There is some minor dust and surface dirt with very minor spots of staining. There is a tiny possible surface scratch to the top of the shell, just above the daisy. This excepting the work appears in good overall condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of retouching.
Held in a metal coloured frame with a white mount.
PENCIL STUDY:
Unexamined out of frame, the sheet appears sound.
There is some discolouration to the bottom edge and a few specks of foxing and staining in the lower centre of the composition and in the upper left quadrant. This excepting the work appears in good overall condition.
Housed behind glass in a stained wood frame and set within a dark card mount.
