Condition
The work is in good condition overall. There are minute unobtrusive brown foxing scattered throughout the surface, which are not readily noticeable, but are mainly present on the hat. There are some indications of wear and handling with assoicated creases along the edges and corners. However, the silk is in good condition. Under ultraviolet light inspection there is evidence of retouching on the interior of the hat, background of the left shoulder, and the lower left corner. Framed.
