Description
- platinum, opal, diamond
Designed as an insect with the wings en tremblant, with two cabochon opals measuring approximately 38.0 by 11.1 mm and 13.3 by 6.2 mm, accented by baguette, old European, single-cut and pear-shaped diamonds weighing approximately 2.80 carats.
Condition
In good condition. The translucent opals show a strong, attractive play of color presenting the whole spectrum of colors, with reds and oranges predominating. Minor crazing visible under magnification, with additional crazing to the underside. The diamonds are approximately G-I color, VS-SI clarity. The en tremblant wings move nicely when worn. Whimsical spiderweb engraving to the reverse.
