Condition
In good condition, with some light surface wear commensurate with age and use. The rubies are a medium-deep purplish red, moderately to heavily included, semi-transparent to translucent. The larger examples both bear some small chips on the reverse. The emeralds are a medium-light bluish green, lightly to moderately included, semi-transparent. The sapphires are a lively, slightly violetish blue, moderately included. The diamonds are approximately H-J color, VVS-VS clarity with some SI examples. Signed on brooch fitting of each clip. Both clips numbered on the reverse on the upper left (facing) part of the brooch. To attach the clips to the carrier, close pin on carrier, open clips, and insert carrier terminals into the corresponding notches on the interior of the clips.
