Of crossover design set with oval sapphires weighing approximately 7.50 carats, framed by round diamonds weighing approximately 7.00 carats, size 6, signed Cartier, numbered 734079.
Condition
The 2 oval sapphires are a light medium violetish blue color and are of good clarity. Minor abrasions to the facet junctions. Also set with 117 round diamonds approximately G-H color and VS clarity. Nicking and scratching to the shank. In good condition overall. Comfortable and well made.
