Excellent condition overall; the colors are bright and fresh. There are very light handling marks on the outer edges and a few pinpoint abraisions throughout, notably one in the lower left corner. There are few minor indentations and losses at the apexes of the work.

Edward and Rosalie Ginsberg met Yaacov Agam through their charitable activities involving Israel. Their acquaintance developed into a long-time friendship and led to the commissioning of this work.
