Oil on unlined canvas. There is a completed painting of hillsides with two figures on the reverse of the work. The tacking edges are beginning to fray. The canvas is dented in a few areas, particularly to the right of the doorway in the lower right quadrant. The picture surface is in generally good condition aside from a dirty varnish and surface dirt. Under UV: there are small scattered areas of inpainting throughout the work.
