Condition
The canvas is lined. There is a thick layer of varnish through which the UV light cannot fully penetrate, but UV examination does reveal some scattered specks of retouching in places. There are some fine lines of craquelure in places and some scattered fly spots. This work might benefit from a clean. Otherwise, this work is in overall good condition.
Colours: Fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, though the greens are slightly fresher in the original.
