Condition
The canvas support is relined and stable. The paint surface is in good condition with no imperfections visible to the naked eye. Inspection under UV reveals extensive retouching to the sky and ledge and strengthening to the darks in the cockerel's tail upper right and the heads of the three ducks to the left have been strengthened.
Offered in a carved gilt wood frame.
