Condition
The surface of the alabaster busts appears to have been cleaned and shows cracks at several places. There are cracks in particular to Henri IV's upper proper right shoulder and to his proper left cheek as well as a fine crack to the underside of his drapery.
Sully's face appears to have been cleaned and shows one important fracture running down from his propoer left cheek to his breast. A few smaller cracks to the back of his head.
The signature underneath is very fine and distinct.
