Condition

Illustration is slightly too clear. Good condition overall. As expected, few cracks in places, especially on ebony veneer. Some scratches, particularly on top (probably with a gallery beforehand). Copper beadings missing on some drawers or edges. As said in the catalogue, giltbronzes on the two pannels of the drop front probably added later. Inside, two tiny mouldings missing and some stains on the blue velvet. Attractive piece of furniture, refined veneer work with elegant proportions.
