with an anthemion cast corona above a pineapple knop hung with chains, the central reservoir in the form of a star studded globe with a central ring supporting eight scrolled candlearms in the form of swans; formerly fitted for electricity; one with a different finial

Condition

In overall good condition. The gilt-bronze is slightly dirty with minor verdegris and would benefit from a light clean according to taste. Some of the anthemions on the corona are bent slightly inwards but can easily be straightened out. Several of the stars on the globes are missing leaving a screw head visible. There are some very minor losses to the painted tôle. The small finial on top of one of the the globes is possibly a later replacement.
