建侯官（今福州市）人。曾為台灣巡撫劉銘傳、湖廣總督張之洞幕
僚。
程頌萬（1865-1932），字子大，一字鹿川，號十髮居士。湖南甯鄉
人。清末民初人。喜研詞章，但屢試未第。為張之洞、張百熙所
倚重。曾充湖廣撫署文案。晚年寓居上海，與陳夔龍、陳曾壽、
陳三立、夏敬觀、朱祖謀等往來甚密。
