the spherical body divided into eight quadrants each decorated with Buddhist lions and beribboned brocade balls against a pierced diaper ground, the interior set with a triple gimbal unit holding a coup in equilibrium

Condition
This rare censer is in very good condition with the exception of repair to the two retaining pins that lock the top and bottom section together and light rubbing and scratches to the patination.
