naturalistically modelled as a lion crouching on all fours with head raised, pierced with a trumpet-shaped aperture to the back, covered overall in a pale green glaze

Barling, London, 22nd March 1960.

Condition

The lion incense burner is in very good condition with the exception of minor glaze graze scratches and rubbing.
