each side painted with a rectangular panel enclosing four boys in various leisurely pursuits, riding a hobby-horse, catching crickets, fishing and playing with toys, all reserved on a ground of dense scrolling lotus extending from below the neck to above the foot, six-character mark in underglaze blue

Condition

The neck has been restored, and there is a clear coating on the shoulders. There is burst bubble in the paint on the mouth rim, and a craze line to base.
