Condition

There is dirt and wear to the ewer consistent with age and handling. There are a number of losses, including to the bottom left corner of the handle (viewed from the back), the top of the handle (centre), and to the right edge of the bottom (viewed from the front). There is a hole in the body, right side (viewed from the front), and a few smaller holes. The metal has buckled slightly on the left edge of the bottom (viewed from the front). There is a large plug/ restoration to the left side of the body (viewed from the front).
