Condition
The canvas has been relined. There is some retouching visible under ultraviolet light, notably a 4cm band of retouching along the upper edge, and a circa 3 by 3cm area in the right of the sky near the right edge, with a handful of other minor scattered spots, notably in the sky.
Held in a gold-painted decorative frame with foliate motifs.
