Condition

The canvas has been relined. UV light reveals just a few scattered minor retouchings, notably a couple of spots in the sky and to the left of the white duck in the foreground. Apart from one or two very minor areas of craquelure, notably in the sky, this work is in good condition, clean and ready to hang. Held in a decorative pale gold-painted wood and plaster frame.
