Full crushed red morocco, gilt triple filleted panels, gilt presidential seal on upper cover, the spine richly gilt in 6 compartments (two reserved for lettering)  with raised bands, marbled endpapers, edges gilt; spine slightly dry and darkened. Red cloth slipcase tipped in red morocco; minor losses to morocco tipping at one end.
