Condition

This work is in good condition overall. The board is hinged on the reverse to the backing board at the corners. There is some scattered surface soiling and accretions throughout, likely due to the artist’s working method. There is pale time staining to the paperboard and some light wear to edges. The surface of the pigment is very textured, due to the artist’s working method. There are a few minor, pin-point areas of pigment in the highest areas of relief that have been somewhat flattened, due to previous framing. Framed under glass.
