Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is warmer in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. The canvas is slightly slack. Upon close inspection, there is a very shallow circular indentation to the right of centre on the lower edge and a further tiny indentation towards the left corner on the top extreme edge. There is a faint horizontal media accretion towards the centre of the lower half of the composition and a further two media spots to the right of this. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
