The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is deeper and richer in the original.
Condition:
The work is in very good condition. Upon close inspection, there is a tiny spot of loss on the left extreme edge towards the top left hand corner. All other surface irregularities are likely original to the artist’s working process. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
