Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the illustration fails to convey the shimmering surface of the grey pigment apparent in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There are intermittent light stretcher marks along all four edges. There is light wear to the wooden collaged element. Upon close inspection, there is light cracking in the white pigment in the lower right hand quadrant, and some extremely light paint shrinkage with associated flaking to the grey pigment at the bottom of the first window, partially visible in the catalogue illustration. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
